In 1998 iiCon implemented an IBM ECM (FileNet) solution for Vodafone that was integrated with Clarify CRM.
The application, used by 4000+ customer service agents, integrates structured and unstructured information to deliver a 360° view of customer information. Under Vodafone’s Strategic Customer Management (SCM) program Clarify CRM6 is being rolled out across the business. Iicon has successfully completed a contract to re-develop the IBM ECM/Clarify CRM interface within a service orientated architecture (SOA) environment. This means that Vodafone will be able to cost effectively deliver ECM functionality throughout the enterprise. |
