Working closely with Vodafone’s service provider Iicon successfully migrated three major IBM ECM (FileNet) systems to Vodafone’s, Dublin based Data Centre.
The project involved systems upgrades, migration of 10 million images from optical to magnetic storage, the migration of the FileNet server and database environment. The project was completed on time with minimal disruption to 4,000+ customer service agents, accounting, provisioning and HR staff who are reliant upon the business critical documents that are managed by the FileNet systems. |
